Acerca de Rebecca
Originally from Ireland, I am a retired professional dancer and qualified Pilates instructor on a mission to bring the benefits of Pilates to a wider audience. Using the fundamental principles of Pilates of improving alignment, promoting effective breathing and technique & building strength throughout the body, I design my classes to be available and accessible to all levels. By offering variations and alternatives for exercises, as well as offering feedback throughout the class, I aim to create an open space where everyone can challenge themselves at their own pace.

This Pilates class is created with busy and often desk-heavy lifestyles in mind. It will focus on stretches to relieve back and shoulder aches often associated with desk work, as well as posture-improving and strengthening exercises. The goal is to provide a dedicated time for employees to focus on their physical & mental well-being, leaving the session feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the rest of the day. The class is designed with modifications for all fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can experience the stress-relieving and energizing benefits of Pilates.
