• Quality and billing chief that controlled non – conformities management and suppliers’ invoice validation, achieving 100% recovery of the product balance damaged by importation, through the shipping insurance and within the supplier if the product was defective from origin.
• Directed negotiations and established procedures and quality standards, within the purchasing and planning management, forecasted over 800 SKUs, acquired 9 new contracts over my supervision, managed certification of several products in Mexico, from France and Canada and monitored standards against agreed targets, as well as, designed products packaging and manufacturing standards for products certification.
• Acted as a catalyst to assessed customer requirements, ensuring needs were met and setting customer service standards, increased customer satisfaction from 85% to 95%, thus leading into securing new contracts.
