Acerca de Carmen
Hello! My name is Carmen and I am a native Spanish teacher from Spain with a passion for education and languages.
I have been working in education for more than 8 years, both in schools and giving private lessons. I love helping students feel more confident communicating in Spanish and seeing their progress over time.
I currently live abroad and speak English fluently (and português), so I understand the challenges of learning and using a new language in everyday life. This experience helps me connect with my students and support them in their learning process.
In addition to teaching, I am also studying Psychology, which helps me better understand how people learn and how to create a positive and motivating environment in my classes.

My classes are relaxed, practical and adapted to each student’s goals. I focus especially on conversation and helping students feel confident speaking Spanish in real situations.
Depending on your level and objectives, we can work on conversation, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar or preparation for specific situations such as traveling, working or living in a Spanish-speaking country.
I have more than 8 years of experience in education, working in schools and giving private lessons to students of different ages and levels. This experience has helped me develop a flexible teaching style that adapts to each student’s learning pace.
I also study Psychology, which helps me understand how people learn and how to create a supportive and motivating learning environment.
My goal is to help you enjoy the process of learning Spanish while making real progress and gaining confidence speaking the language.
