Hi! My name is Paola. I’m a native Spanish speaker from Panama and I’m passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident when learning a new language.
I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and creating a relaxed environment where students can learn without pressure. I believe language learning should be practical, friendly, and focused on real communication.
Because of this, I created my own teaching approach called The Paola Method, which focuses on pronunciation, everyday vocabulary, and real-life situations you will encounter while living or visiting Panama.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy creative projects, content creation, and learning new things. I’m always happy to connect with people from different parts of the world and help them experience Panama more deeply through language.

My classes are designed especially for English speakers living in Panama who want to communicate with confidence in their daily life: at restaurants, taxis, stores, work, or when meeting new people.
I believe learning a language should feel supportive, clear, and enjoyable, not stressful. That is why my classes focus on:
• Practical vocabulary you will actually use• Clear pronunciation and confidence when speaking• Understanding real Spanish used in Panama• Step-by-step explanations in American English
I prepare personalized lessons depending on your level, and I also created my own material called The Paola Method, which helps students progress in a structured but relaxed way.
