Hi there! My name is Carmen and I’m a Spanish teacher who truly believes that learning a new language should be exciting and life-changing.
For me, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident from our very first chat. I take my work seriously, but I bring a ton of energy, curiosity, and heart to every lesson. We’ll go at your pace and focus on your goals.
I love sharing my passion for Spanish because knowledge opens so many doors! Learning this language isn’t just about memorizing grammar rules—it’s about discovering the amazing, diverse world of Hispanic culture and societies.

In my lessons, I use a wide variety of resources—ranging from activity sheets, grammar guides, and vocabulary lists to more visual and interactive tools like series, films, and games.
As a teacher, I enjoy blending traditional methods, such as grammar study, with direct, immersive approaches. My goal is to create a 'full immersion' experience right from your own home, using natural and informal interactions so you can learn real-life, everyday Spanish. Of course, every lesson is fully tailored to your specific needs, motivations, and goals. I work with adults, teens, and children (levels A1 to C1). I also offer specialized preparation for DELE and SIELE exams, ensuring you have the tools and confidence to succeed.
