Hi, I'm Harriet. I'm a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor from the UK, currently based in Barcelona. It's my mission to help you feel empowered through movement. I can help you build strength, increase your energy levels, develop a balanced approach to nutrition and transform your relationship with your body. My effective, personalised and compassionate approach will get you the results you want, plus we will have fun along the way. I offer sessions in a variety of locations, either a boutique private gym, outdoors in parks or online. Whichever is most practical and comfortable for you. We will use a combination of strength training using both weights and body weight, aerobic conditioning and progressive mobility and flexibility exercises. The programme we develop will be specialised to YOU and your goals. No two programmes look the same because no two people and their goals are the same. Our sessions will be a place where you will have fun, are pushed, learn to see exercise as empowering, connect to your inner strength and realise what your body is truly capable of. I also offer small group sessions (2 or 3 people) which can be a more economical option.

Harriett was for me the best personal trainer I could find. She is patient, knows her field and helps to get stronger, within no time I could do more repetitions/weight. She understands amazinginly well how to challenge you with respecting your limits. I loved how she was setting goals and helped me reach them.
I have trained with Harriet for over a year now. She is an amazingly knowledgable trainer, who pushes you but also is compassionate with you when you have worse days. She is always positive, uplifting, asks for feedback, includes you in the process and encourages you. Thanks to working out with her I have started to enjoy training again. She is also incredibly funny and just a joy to be around so that helps as well ️
Harry makes me feel so comfortable and confident and checks in before, during , and after the sessions. She asks all the right questions to understand me and when I need to do a less intense exercise, and when to encourage me to push myself that little bit more. Her sessions feel like working out with a friend. I've learnt so much since starting with her and would 100% recommend her to anyone ️
I trained with Harriet to prepare myself for structured classes as I knew I'd struggle to keep up! It was the best decision I could have made she took a really great personalised approach with me which was focused on building a base for stronger lifting. The training included things like dynamic stretches for improved range of movement, something I didn't know I needed. 100% would recommend!
Harriet first gave me hope that I could get out of my physical rut and back into shape. Then, she gave me the confidence and skills to do it. The personalized sessions and traning app have kept me engaged and motivated (no small accomplishment). I've been training weekly with Harriet for over a year now and have seen myself grow stronger and more confident in my abilities. My routine is personalised to my goals/needs and we have regular check-ins to see how things are going. I feel really comfortable with Harriet and she's great at motivating me. I started working with Harriet to build confidence in the gym as someone who felt intimidated by the environment and not knowing where to begin.
Since the first session, she has always made me feel comfortable and like I'm training with a friend. I appreciate how she's tailored the plan around my level, needs and schedule. When I have picked up injuries from my other sports, she has modified the plans to ensure no further aggravation and supported the rehab process.

I first started working with her in preparation for an operation I was having. My goal was to be strong for recovery while also healing my mobility and strength from past injuries. She really helped me reach those goals and did it with a lot of care and patience. I love that she doesn’t have a blanket system for everybody since every body is different, she designed a program that works specifically for me, my needs, my body’s limitations and my goals.

Harriet is fantastic. She has a skill with making you feel at ease and planning the sessions to your needs and goals. She also gives regular ‘check in’ sessions, just to see how you’re getting on. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and positive trainer.
Llevo más de un año entrenando con Harriet - tanto en persona como online - y solo tengo cosas buenas que decir. Sus planes de entrenamiento son variados, divertidos y super personalizados - su atencion al detalle y a conocer sus clientes se nota mucho en los ejercicios que propone. Es muy flexible y se adapta a las necesidades de cada uno, siempre me pregunta cómo me encuentro y adaptamos el plan segun mi cuerpo y mi energia del día.
Se nota que es profesional y que disfruta mucho de su trabajo - y eso se transmite en sus sesiones. De las cosas que más me gustan son su entusiasmo - siempre acabo la sesión con una sonrisa enorme - y que es muy "body positive" - siempre animandome a hacer lo mejor que puedo.

The prices depend on both the location and frequency of our sessions. Here is a breakdown, all prices are in EUROS:
*All sessions are 60 minutes, price also includes: monthly check ins, nutritional support, access to app for unsupervised workouts*
