Acerca de Alessandro
Ciao, I'm Alessandro. I start cooking with my grandma since I can remember, making fresh pasta en cakes with her. My first job in a kitchen was in a pizzeria when I was 22, 15 years ago. Since then I worked in many restaurants as a chef and also as head chef in different countries (Ireland, Italy, England) now I'm here in Spain workin in one of the best Spanish bakery learning more about bread making and sourdough.

I'll teach you from the basics techniques to the most advanced trying to do all of thet with fun and, if you like, going deep into the science of cooking and baking.
